// Dealfront Tracking-Script:
Wrought aluminium alloys stick and smear in the machining process and are therefore prone to built-up edges and burrs. This is to be avoided by supplying plenty of cooling lubricants, with all the disadvantages this entails (reworking, cleaning, etc.).
Complete dry machining of aluminium is possible at moderate temperatures with a significant reduction in cutting force and high efficiency in absolutely stable milling processes. Massive savings in energy costs can also be achieved through up to 80 percent reduction in CO2 consumption, which can also be subsidised by the state.
Register today and experience live machining of aluminium-magnesium-silicon alloys (ENAW 6060 and ENAW 6005A). Convince yourself of a technically and physically completely new way of milling and the synergies and expertise of all partners involved in the process.
