The field of appli­ca­tion for indus­tri­al clerks cov­ers all com­mer­cial and busi­ness man­age­ment areas in our com­pa­ny and thus enables you to start your career in dif­fer­ent depart­ments lat­er on.

Contents of your apprenticeship:

  • In the area of mate­ri­als man­age­ment, you com­pare offers and nego­ti­ate with suppliers.
  • You learn busi­ness process­es with­in a com­pa­ny and how to reg­u­late them.
  • You take care of the col­lec­tion and analy­sis of finan­cial data, the han­dling of finan­cial soft­ware as well as the prepa­ra­tion of the col­lect­ed data.
  • In the areas of sales and ser­vice, you com­mu­ni­cate with cus­tomers and help find suit­able solu­tions for them.
  • In human resources, you find suit­able spe­cial­ists and appren­tices and ensure opti­mal con­di­tions in every­day work.

You offer:

  • Qual­i­fy­ing sec­ondary school diplo­ma, inter­me­di­ate sec­ondary school leav­ing cer­tifi­cate or vocational/technical high school diploma
  • Good knowl­edge of Ger­man and English
  • Com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills — con­fi­dent in spo­ken and written
  • Inter­est in eco­nom­ic and com­mer­cial processes
  • Basic knowl­edge of Microsoft Office

Course of your apprenticeship:

  • Appren­tice­ship dura­tion 2.5 years
  • The­o­ret­i­cal lessons once or twice a week at Beruf­ss­chule II in Coburg
