REICHENBACHER HAMUEL - Visionary partner in wood and formwork construction
Meeting of experts to enter the next round

Dear business partners,

On 26 October, we will be dealing with some macro aspects of "Industrial production in timber house construction". This is why you should take part in the third seminar, too.

The construction industry must continue to grow, because we need affordable housing. Timber construction will play a decisive role in many respects. Thinking in terms of modules and the production of standardized components is becoming ever more important, particularly in view of higher density construction. In their lectures, renowned speakers from business and research will comment on digitization and industrialization in timber construction.

This event will take place both face-to-face and online on Thursday, October 26, 2023, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and will provide timber construction experts, planners, and architects with interdisciplinary access to many new approaches in modern timber construction.

Seamless process flows in Additive Manufacturing

We exhibit in hall 11.0, booth F07

We will present the enhanced ECO HybridDX-LT at the international trade fair Formnext in Frankfurt from November 07 to 10.

There are three points worth emphasizing: For one thing, we are specialists in the construction of customized systems - including those used in additive manufacturing. The second is to make it clear that seamless process flows are the focus of all our development goals. Thirdly, with the ECO HybridDX-LT, we are taking automation to an entirely new level, as this system combines large-format 3D printing with post-processing by using an integrated full 5-axis milling unit to post-process the parts printed directly in the same building space.

The challenges in additive manufacturing are primarily in the production of large-volume components at competitive costs. Their functionality in terms of accuracy and high-quality surface finish is perfected by CNC machining.

Unpacking & Fine Cleaning of 3D Printed Metal Parts

Cooperation with Solukon permits automated box unpacking for the first time

The new partnership with Solukon decisively expands our knowhow in the areas of post-processing and powder cleaning after printing.

The removal of loose powder is a key step in the post-processing of additively manufactured metal parts. For years, systems from Solukon have been automatically removing the powder from components manufactured using the LPBF process. In our new joint project, we have taken this a step further by automating both the unpacking from the building container and the de-powdering in one system.

We have thus succeeded in combining two process steps in one automated system.
