Reichenbacher Hamuel machining centres are known for high capacity and reliability, long life and special ease in operation, mounting and service.

For optimum use of these advantages a service unit has been founded for the worldwide after sales service for Reichenbacher Hamuel machines. For our customers this means quick reaction in case of machine maintenance and repair as well as flexible service during purchasing time and afterwards. One task of the new service unit is a continuous determination of requirements and attendance of our customers. Nothing is more expensive and unpleasing than a standstill of your equipment.

For this reason a special spare parts hotline with an own purchaser has been installed. Incoming orders until 3:45 pm usually leave our stock the same day, with every option for our customers, from normal dispatch to direct courier.

There is also an off-time service hotline (premium service package) available for you:

Monday – Thursday from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Friday from 3:30 pm to 10:00 pm and
Saturday / Sunday / public holidays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
