This live event at the end of May 2021 marked the start of a new era for the Reichen­bach­er-Hamuel group of com­pa­nies in the field of addi­tive man­u­fac­tur­ing. In about two years, we have suc­ceed­ed in devel­op­ing a com­pre­hen­sive prod­uct port­fo­lio that is some­thing to be proud of – a strong over­all pack­age in which every user will find a solu­tion that suits him.

This is the mot­to of the lead­ing trade fair Form­next, the most impor­tant indus­try plat­form for addi­tive man­u­fac­tur­ing and indus­tri­al 3D print­ing as well as tool and mould mak­ing, which will take place at the exhi­bi­tion grounds in Frank­furt am Main from 15 Novem­ber to 18 Novem­ber 2022. For the first time, we pre­sent­ed the new prod­ucts HybriDX-LT and AMS 400 to a broad audi­ence and print live on both sys­tems. T

Unpacking and fine cleaning of 3D printed metal parts

Partnership with Solukon

For years, Solukon sys­tems have been auto­mat­i­cal­ly remov­ing the pow­der from com­po­nents man­u­fac­tured using the LPBF process. A joint project between Solukon and Reichen­bach­er Hamuel now takes this a step fur­ther and auto­mates both in one sys­tem, the unpack­ing from the build­ing con­tain­er and the de-powdering.
